Linda's passion for real estate started while living in California, where she personally invested in, renovated and sold various properties. Upon moving to New York, she quickly fell in love with the energy of the city and the diversity of its people, neighborhoods and architecture, which further enhanced her interest in real estate. Her knowledge of subcultures and the latest trends puts her finger on the pulse of emerging neighborhoods in New York City.

 

Prior to her real estate career, Linda worked in marketing for more than 12 years, specializing in communications, event production and graphic design. Her projects ranged from creating corporate brand identities and executing trade shows to working with international DJs and artists in the music industry. She sees a direct parallel between sourcing venues for events and finding someone the right home—it’s all about understanding clients’ needs and knowing which spaces will best suit their lifestyle. Linda’s ability to solve problems creatively and work well with different types of personalities has been the key to her success in both marketing and real estate. She prides herself on being an excellent listener, a strong negotiator and a tireless advocate for her clients.

 

Linda earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Davis, where she studied graphic design and marketing. She also studied at the American University in London. Originally from Seoul, Korea, Linda was raised in San Jose, California, and lived in San Francisco for 10 years before making New York her home. She currently lives in NoLita.

 

In her free time, Linda is out exploring the city, blogging about food, taking photographs and cooking. She also enjoys art, fashion and hiking. A seasoned traveler, Linda has been around the globe, including extended stays in Europe and South America. She is fluent in Korean.
