John Gomes is a Senior Vice President at CORE, to which he brings years of experience and more than $250M in residential sales in the luxury segment of the real estate market. He works closely with high-profile buyers, sellers and investors, brokering property in some of New York City’s most coveted buildings.
John’s expertise is in marketing new development properties. He assists developers in purchasing sites and advises them on everything from floor plans to finishes, including referring them to a talented network of architects, renderers and interior designers. He also establishes a brand identity for each building, sets up and manages the sales office, and positions and markets the property until it is completely sold.
John is a skilled communicator and listener who attributes his success in the industry to the amount of time and personal attention he devotes to his clients. Not surprisingly, the majority of his business is referral based.
A native of Boston, John graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a BA in both political science and communication studies. He also holds an MBA from Baruch College in Manhattan, where his concentration was entrepreneurship.
