David Roger Grossmann specializes in sales of co-ops, condos, new developments, and lofts in downtown Manhattan. Additionally, he works in the emerging markets of the Brooklyn and Queens waterfronts. In 2007, he opened and managed the first boutique Manhattan-based brokerage office in Long Island City.

David holds a Masters Degree in Art History from Virginia Commonwealth University. His previous experience curating for museums and art galleries has honed his skills for demonstrating and conveying the subtle beauty of homes. David is also bilingual in Spanish and English having received an undergraduate degree in Spanish and studying in Paraguay and Spain.
